Welcome to the Rander FAQ section! Here, we’ve answered some of the most common questions to help you understand what it means to be a Rander and how to succeed with Errandz.
To become a Rander, you must:
• Be a student of the University of Port Harcourt.
• Have access to a smartphone with an internet connection.
• Be willing to use your own funds for some purchases (reimbursed immediately after order confirmation).
• Be reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
Randers handle errands such as shopping, deliveries, and other tasks requested by customers. Your job is to ensure these errands are completed accurately and efficiently.
You can apply by filling out the Rander Application Form on our website. Once your application is reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process.
Randers are paid per completed errand. Payment details and schedules will be discussed during onboarding.
For some errands, you may need to use your own funds to make purchases. However, you will be reimbursed immediately after the order is confirmed. This will be clearly communicated before you accept the task.

Of course! You’re free to stop at any time. Simply notify the Errandz team if you wish to discontinue.
